SCIM = Swivel Console Integrated Media

Here is my contribution.
In an urban living space, if we designed the rooms such a way that the Media Console (AV system) is installed on the shared wall between living space and bedrooms on a rotating console that can be turned to view it either rooms eliminating the need of second LCD or even an entire AV system. Think of up to 50% reduction in AV equipment.
